The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Assam Skill University, organized the Valedictory and Certificate Distribution Ceremony for the 15-day Advanced CNC Technology and Advanced Welding Technology training programmes for trainees from ITI, Nagaon, on 30^th June, 2026 celebrating the successful completion of this intensive skill development initiative. The ceremony was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Anil Borah, Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Smt. Mousumi Sen, OSD – Training and Industry Collaboration, who congratulated the trainees on successfully completing the programme and encouraged them to continue enhancing their technical skills to meet the evolving needs of the manufacturing sector. The training programmes, conducted in collaboration with FRONIUS India, equipped trainees with hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing and welding technologies, reinforcing ASU's commitment to industry-integrated, practical learning.
