The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has launched the 'AICTE-VAANI' scheme to promote Indian regional languages among faculty and students. VAANI stands for Vibrant Advocacy for Advancement and Nurturing of Indian Languages. The scheme offers financial assistance for conducting conferences in 12 regional languages across 16 emerging fields including AI, Quantum Computing, Smart Cities, and more.
Assam Skill University (ASU) was established through the Assam Skill University Act in September 2020. It is a dedicated institution focused on skill-based higher education and workforce development, bridging the gap between conventional academic learning and industry-oriented skills training. ASU aims to build a modern campus with advanced facilities and technologies.
Research papers are invited from PG students, faculty, researchers, industry professionals, and innovators on various aspects of AI for low-resource Assamese language. The conference focuses on emerging technologies and solutions in Assamese, aligning with the objectives of the AICTE-VAANI scheme to promote accessibility, inclusivity, and knowledge dissemination.
Papers are invited for the following themes. All accepted papers will be included in Abstract Proceedings with an ISBN number. Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication as book chapters.
We invite original, unpublished research papers on the conference themes. Selected papers will be published in proceedings with ISBN.
Language: Assamese (Complusory) and English (Suggested)
Length: 4–6 pages (A4 size)

All papers (Specially Assamese Version) must be original and not under review elsewhere; similarity will be checked through Turnitin and must not exceed 15%.
AI-generated content must not exceed 20%, and authors are responsible for the originality and accuracy of their submissions.
