The Court shall consist of the following members:

1. Ex-Officio Members:
   • The Chancellor.
   • The Vice-Chancellor.
   • The Senior most Secretary to the GoA, Finance Department or his nominee.
   • The Senior most Secretary to the GoA, Higher Education Department or his nominee.
   • The Senior most Secretary to the GoA, Skill, Employment & Entreprenuership Department or his nominee.
   • The Registrar.
2. Other Members:
   • Professors of the University not exceeding three on the basis of senority of rotation.
   • Two eminent academicians and three representatives from the Industry, to be nominated by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.

• The Registrar shall be the Member-Secretary of the Court.
• Save as otherwise expressly provided, members of the Court, other than ex-officio members, shall hold office for a term of two years.
• At all meeting of the Court, 50% of the members shall form a quorum.
