Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the ADB gender team for effective implementations of GESI action plan.
- Provide input to the skill managers to develop courses which would create more opportunities for females in ASU.
- Monitor social safeguard arrangements at ASU site and to ensure social safeguards compliances are adhered as per norms.
- Monitoring of smooth functioning of project grievance redressal mechanism.
- Recording and reporting of project grievances.
- Implementation of design and monitoring framework.
