Celebrating Engineers’ Day 2026

Celebrating Engineers’ Day 2026 at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Assam Skill University!

Today, we honour the engineers whose ideas, skills and innovations help build a safer, smarter and more sustainable future. At Assam Skill University, engineering education goes beyond the classroom, combining hands-on learning, laboratory exposure, practical skills and problem-solving to prepare students to address real-world challenges.

The Department of Electrical Engineering marked the occasion with an interactive lecture, laboratory visit and student poster-making competition, encouraging young minds to design, build, innovate and contribute to society.

Happy Engineers’ Day to all present and future engineers!

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Assam Skill University, observed Engineers’ Day by commemorating the remarkable contributions of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, whose visionary work continues to inspire generations of engineers.
