An E-Waste Awareness and Collection Drive conducted on 11^th October, 2025 under the Special Initiative of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) on Safe Disposal of E-Waste in collaboration with M/S Binbag Recycling Services Pvt. Ltd., a Guwahati-based Government-approved e-waste recycler, representatives from the company conducted an interactive session for the Heads of Departments and faculty members, highlighting the importance of proper e-waste handling, collection, and channelization through authorized recyclers. Several faculty and staff members actively participated in the E-Waste Donation Drive, contributing unused or obsolete electronic items such as old chargers, mobile phones, dryers, and laptops.

As a gesture of appreciation and to promote green responsibility, participants were presented with certificates and plant saplings by Binbag Pvt. Ltd.
