- Apply advanced construction technology and management principles for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling civil engineering projects with respect to time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Use digital and modern engineering tools such as BIM, advanced surveying systems, GNSS, UAV photogrammetry, GIS, pavement design software, and construction project management tools for infrastructure planning and decision-making.
- Develop expertise in construction costing, budgeting, contract management, and project finance for preparing estimates, BOQs, tender documents, rate analysis, measurement books, RA bills, valuation statements, and cost-control reports.
- Analyse and manage infrastructure systems including pavements, substructures, hydraulic structures, buildings, and underground construction works using appropriate design, construction, quality control, and maintenance practices.
- Conduct research, field investigations, internships, and project-based studies to solve real-life construction and infrastructure problems through data analysis, technical reporting, innovation, and industry-oriented professional practice.
