Eligibility

  • Minimum of 50% marks for Un- reserved category and a minimum of 45% marks for Reserved Categories in the eligible degree
  • Valid score/rank in Assam ASUEE/GATE.

  1. Apply advanced construction technology and management principles for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling civil engineering projects with respect to time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.
  2. Use digital and modern engineering tools such as BIM, advanced surveying systems, GNSS, UAV photogrammetry, GIS, pavement design software, and construction project management tools for infrastructure planning and decision-making.
  3. Develop expertise in construction costing, budgeting, contract management, and project finance for preparing estimates, BOQs, tender documents, rate analysis, measurement books, RA bills, valuation statements, and cost-control reports.
  4. Analyse and manage infrastructure systems including pavements, substructures, hydraulic structures, buildings, and underground construction works using appropriate design, construction, quality control, and maintenance practices.
  5. Conduct research, field investigations, internships, and project-based studies to solve real-life construction and infrastructure problems through data analysis, technical reporting, innovation, and industry-oriented professional practice.
