One Week FDP on Advancing Careers ThroughTechnology, Management, and Skill Based Learning

The objective of the Faculty Development Program (FDP) is to empower educators with the knowledge and skills required to integrate technology into education effectively, enhance skill-based learning, and bridge the gap between academia and industry. It aims to equip faculty with innovative teaching methodologies, digital literacy, and career development strategies to improve student outcomes and professional growth.
The present FDP will be significantly focusing on implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) at Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs). The participants will be empowered on integrating NEP guidelines into their institutional frameworks, aligning curriculum structures with skill-based learning, and fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
