Course Description
This 1-month internship program on Tour Operations course (NSQF level – 5.5) is designed to develop essential knowledge and practical skills in tour and travel operations, preparing learners for entry-level roles in the tourism and hospitality industry. The purpose of the program is to equip learners with competencies in itinerary planning, tour package development, booking procedures, customer service and communication skills relevant to modern travel operations.
Rationale & Market Relevance:
This internship is designed to give students hands-on exposure to real tasks such as itinerarybuilding, understanding different software used in tour packaging etc., so that they understandhow the industry actually works. It helps them build practical skills that employers are actively looking for, making them more confident and job-ready.
